This study introduces a proposal for a model that allows the alignment between the stakeholders demands and the inherent in a portfolio of sustainable projects. Allowing thus to incorporate the most relevant issues of according to the degree of power, urgency and legitimacy of each stakeholder group and as the time and ease of implementation of each question is mapped, for further evaluation and performance of projects developed. By literature review, encompassing issues related to the concepts of sustainability, corporate social responsibility, stakeholders dialogue, project management and portfolio was constructed the model conceptual approach that enables the above. The conclusion of the study allowed the discussion of critical success factors for each stakeholder regarding the limitation of each bottom line. To future research, it is proposed to apply the tool to diagnosis of a real case, by improving the graphical analysis and the interface structure, promoting the participation of representatives of each stakeholder group involved in the analysis.
