Resumo: | This paper presents a model for evaluating accessibility in public buildings, aiming to build an index that considers the parameters of greatest importance from the point of view of architects, engineers, managers and people with disabilities. The evaluation criteria were obtained through literature review conducted in a systematic manner in articles indexed in the databases Scopus, ISI Web of Science, Scielo and Scirus. The research found 6 articles in national literature and 10 others more mentioned in the international literature. Based on this research built a multicriteria model was build for evaluating the weights of the criteria, and it was based on the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This model was integrated with a questionnaire to evaluate the accessibility, and applied to evaluate access in a Brazilian Federal Authority, which identified the perception of public buildings in the light of specific criteria of accessibility. The model was tested in a specific situation, which allowed exploring its use and its limitations. The proposed methodology is based on the opinions of experts and people with disabilities who live with the object of study. The integration of the results of the questionnaire with the weights of the criteria obtained, allowed the determination of the degree of accessibility of the building, using logic based on the AHP, which made possible for identifying and reducing inconsistencies. With the questionnaire was possible to identify and test the proposed model and identify key areas to be prioritized for improving accessibility, especially in this areas of recepcion, auditorium and lift. |
