Resumo: In today's corporate landscape of Brazil, there is growing corporate interest in taking social responsibility attitude. In this context, the scientific research, exploratory, intended to highlight the importance of bringing the issue of corporate social responsibility into account in the strategic management of businesses. This study focused on a large company of a multinational automotive industry - Modelo SA, which used the philosophy to promote cooperative action of social responsibility with its employees. While corporate social responsibility is very complex and comprehensive, prioritized in this study was the internal social responsibility in the aspect of strategic management of people. The retro look mentioned analysis encompasses several factors that influence interpersonal relationships in organizations, however, this study examined only the question of organizational climate. Through the investigation of a case study through qualitative research, quantitative research and professional experience of the author intended to demonstrate the motive and the results obtained from the action of the Model S / A. The study's findings pointed to a definition, a timely vision and a practical application of the term corporate social responsibility. Based on interviews, literature research and field research has shown that this view of social responsibility can bring new and valuable benefits for the company to reveal implications in terms of talent retention and mainly improve the work environment and quality of life employees.
