Resumo: | The aim of this work is to investigate the place of communication on the concept of difference based upon the ideas of the French sociologist Gabriel Tarde. Taking into consideration his masterpieces Les lois de l imitation, La logique sociale, L opposition universelle and Monadologie et sociologie , I postulate that Tarde s theory points out the socius as the immanent soil of multiple, infinitesimal and different communicational relations. From his philosophical presuppositions (specially the recovery of Leibniz s monads) up to constitution of his original theoretical pool (on the bold notions of imitation, invention and opposition), Tarde proposes an insightful image of society, produced through the investigation of the socious micro-agency in its process of continuous differentiation. The choice of the analysis of small imitations, inventions and oppositions microscopics gears of the real presupposes an alternative look at the conceptions of society which focus exclusively on big resounded over-codified collective representations. The French sociologist starts from constitutive differences to think social similitude. To do so he uses the idea of social contagion, understood as pure communication of beliefs and wishes. Tagging to Tarde s perspective, I present concepts which investigate in a minute way the social relations at a soil of pure motion and creational differentiation, in which all homogeneity is vigorous, but essentially transitory |
