This essay refers to issues concerning the centralized ambulatory service mobilization to attend urgent or emergency situations on site, with the procedures of multiple companies engaged simultaneously in the construction execution. It examines the gains and difficulties with the implementation of a pioneering model for centralized service ambulatory of all the outsourced companies employees, in order to execute a project to modernize any Refinery. The experiment of this pioneer model is analyzed in a descriptive way under the perspective of service quality and stakeholders satisfaction. This model is evaluated concerning the current practice of decentralized ambulatory service, which are also considered aspects that motivated the implementation of this pioneering model and eventual restrictions on it. The bibliography found turns mainly for Occupational Health in issues related to accident prevention and health problems and also for Management Systems Implementation, but unfocused on Emergency or Urgency Ambulatory Service. By presenting a pioneering model of decentralized ambulatory service, analyzing gains and restrictions with its implementation, this essay intends to contribute to improve the ambulatory service within multiple performer companies in the same construction site.
