Resumo: | This research sought to identify the Critical Success Factors (CSF) for the implementation of an Information Security Policy (ISP) at the Institute of Radiation Protection and Dosimetry (IRD) and to verify the quality perception by managers and users in the information system. Although the "best practices" for information security find themselves legislated through the family of ISO / IEC 27000 (2005), the FCS vary from one institution to another, as well as the perceived quality of the users and managers. The objective was to provide information to the IRD that can support the effective implementation of a ISP and its sustainability. The research is based on Rockart s (1979) studies on the dimensions of the critical success factors and in the model of quality perception measure SERVPERF by Cronin and Taylor (1992). The development of FCS was based on Porter s (1986) predictions, deduced from the stages of the life cycle of the products, which were partially validated by a structured questionnaire applied to managers and other staff of the IRD by email. The responses were validated using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Paraconsistent Logic. The methodology used was based on the hypothetical-deductive method of Popper. The obtained results indicated the CSF for the implementation of PSI and showed the existence of PSQ influence by users and managers in this implementation. |
