Competition in business is forcing organizations to make increasing use in the efficiency of its resources, seeking greater productivity, quality and lower cost and time for delivery of their products. It is necessary to know which factors influence the success of organizations and analyze the variables listed in search of continuous improvement. Therefore, the objective of this study is to identify Critical Success Factors - CSF for the use of a Computerized Maintenance Management and validates them using the techniques of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Paraconsistent Logic and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Another objective is a comparison between the methods Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to identify similarities in the Critical Success Factors identified as priority.
