This dissertation will be in March comparing cases Rwanda and Haiti. Leave the causes which trigger both cases examine the role of the UN in both states and complete the verification the results of the UN intervention in these cases. This thesis also aims to demonstrate that the issues humanitarian intervention forces us to rethink the relations International, certain moral and legal dilemmas. It is understood that peace and International safety should mean more than the absence of a organized warfare, but when there are human rights violations it constitutes a breach of the peace. And it is on this premise that this dissertation develops
