Resumo: The objective of this work is to present recommendations relative to the process of damaged and no validity pyrotechnics beepers. First, come forward the historical and evolutionary context of the management in the world. Such matters are relevant administration. It is discussed yet, the relating aspects to the legislation, management, safety, health. For be part of the environmental subject and, above all, of the residues management. In continuation, it is discussed the chemical residues management, as the pyrotechnic beepers. To understand this subject, is presented a historical abbreviation about the pyrotechnics and their characteristics. Further of the concepts about management, residues classification and the national politics of solid residues, with the intention of explaining the necessary measures to transport the pyrotechnic material with safety in national territory, as well, to give a final destiny for this workmanship type. To proceed, are approach the principal characteristics of the pyrotechnics beepers and the framing residues. Moreover is introduced the contacted companies and the analyse to the result of the current production situation and discard, through of a field inquiry applied in that companies. Giving continuity, are performed the general comments about the results of the field inquiry; done with the manufacturers, users and specialized company in pyrotechnic discard. It is concluded shot the learning with the results obtained in the field inquiry and is done a future unfolding of this work.
