From the creation and presentation of a management system, this dissertation has the purpose of providing organizations with the possibility of improving their human and material resources, based on a set of proposed rules, aimed at safety administration and occupational health. The program above mentioned correlated some aspects of management, mostly safety and occupational health issues. Since those subjects are highly considered, they make a great difference among companies and their competitiveness, in which reducing expenditure means success. It's discussing the existence of a hybrid management system; it involves administration responsibility and the employees' personal willingness. It aims to achieve the accident reduction limit, a higher productivity at lower costs, a continual improvement of conditions and relationships at the workplace and strengthening of the image of the company.
