This research approaches Strategic Administration, the development of the Incubators of Organizations in Brazil, the National Quality Award and the Rio Quality Award. The objective of the research was to identify through the instrument of evaluation of the Top Enterprise Award, the current level of the management of Technological the incubation and graduated Organizations of Incubators of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The results of the applied questionnaires had generated graphs, that had allowed to make a current analysis of the management of the incubation and graduated Organizations, as well as establishing the difference enter the management of these Organizations. The results show that the participation accomplishes of the administration of the incubators for transference of knowledge in management for the incubators and graduated companies, can contribute for the success of these organizations, as the training and perfectioning for the managers of these organizations.
