Resumo: | This work is the result of an exploratory study in which answers were looked for subjects about organizational organizational, existence and use of administration modeis for public managers and also on the model of the criterian of exceilence of the quality prizes, specifically, the Prize of Quality of the Federal Government PQGF, as inductor of the improvernent of the performance organizational. It was made an analysis being used the methodology of study of cases, having as source of reference public organizations that youlthey had their recognized administrations or winners of PQGF, among the period from 1998 to 2001, being limited to the extent of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Have been questionnaires applied in six of those organizations, whose results have been analyzed properly. Has been done, also, an analysis of the profile of the organizations, aided in conceptual model previously defined. The result of that comparative study demonstrated the validity ofthe research instrument used and it took us to conclude about the importance ofthe exceilence criterion of the quality prizes as model inductor to the improvement of the organizational performance inside of the publie administration, in attention to new position of the global society that seeks for better services. |
