Resumo: | This paper aims to demonstrate the difficulty that Public Administration has the composition of a Disciplinary Commission Administrative Proceeding (CPAD), pursuant to the legislation before the behavioral aspects of the servers and proposing improvements in the process of composition of a group to conduct a CPAD. We obtained opinions of servers that were once part of a CPAD, and / or have participated in training for member training for driving CPAD; such a collection was made through a questionnaire distributed through the internal network computer, and responded by twenty and five servers that met these two modes of participation in CPAD. In analyzing the results of the research demonstrated that the universe of servers, there is interest in individual training and qualification; indication for CPAD is spontaneous composition, beyond the recognition of interest on regimental duty fulfilled. Aiming at the composition of a group to conduct a CPAD, these factors considered in the analysis of the survey results, can be enjoyed through a policy established by the area of Human Resource Management, valuing the server designated for the activity. |
