Resumo: | The work presented above identifies the contribution to the organizational social networks with the aim of innovating within the company, and which was made through a case study involving a Brazilian company specialized in providing solutions for automation of GRC, which stands for Governance, Risks, and Compliance. The basis was the organizational social network model of management Cross & Thomas (2009). The methodological procedures are based on elaboration and also application of questionnaires, data mining, and also revision of the literature on the subject. As a result, it can be concluded that the contribution of the organizational social network management focused on innovation in the company surveyed is practically non-existent, according to the proposed model. Furthermore, the collaborators surveyed considered only fourteen out of thirty practices of the surveyed model contributed to the innovation in the company. On the other hand, it was found that the case study company is innovative, despite not having carried out the management of its social networks in accordance with the considered model. |
