O caminho da subsunção da política nacional de formação da CUT às diretrizes de sociabilidade neoliberais

In this work we tried to contemplate about the limits and possibilities of the syndical movement to contribute with the structural transformations of the society in the socialist perspective. The empiric base for this reflection was the Central Única dos Trabalhadores, once enters all organizations that centralize or centralized trade unions in our country this institution was the one that it gathered the largest possibilities, potentialities and experiences. The question that we placed was: how the leaders of CUT formation pronounced with the reform strategies or structural revolution of the society. To answer this question we analyzed two periods different of this entity. The first phase is going from your foundation in 1983 to the first years of the decade of 1990, when the neoliberalism was implanted in our country. The second period analyzed is going from the first years of the decade of 1990 to 2006. In these two periods we left of the understanding of the historical block (structures and superstructures) to apprehend the main interventions of this Central in the political and syndical life of our country, for then we apprehend the relationships of these with the Formation Politics of the syndical leaders of the Central Única dos Trabalhadores. Our conclusions indicate for an adaptation process of CUT to the neoliberal hegemony, mainly for the incorporation of objectives and method of political participation disputed by the neoliberal conception of the "Third Way". This adaptation is resulting of a conception of dispute of affirmative/propositive hegemony that privileges the spaces of the state implement in detriment of the workers mobilization. In the field of the formation politics this adaptation happened mainly for the search of financing of the formation activities, initially through the international cooperation of trade unions, non government organizations and governments social-democrat, and later through the use of public resources. The work has as reference of theoretical approach the historical materialism, starting from the classic authors of this field, mainly Marx, Engels, Lênin and Gramsci. They were analysed the Resolutions of the Central Única dos Trabalhadores Congress and the Documents produced by the CUT National Department of Formation: National Plans of Formation, Guidelines of the National Politics of Formation, Resolutions of the Encounters and National Collectives of Formation, Publications of the Magazine Form and Content.
