Resumo: The growth in the amount of construction waste produced has been constant in recent years. In order to reduce the impacts caused by the incorrect disposal of this waste, public policies have been developed over the years to encourage and organize guidelines for the public authorities and the private sector to correctly dispose of these wastes. With the aim of making the transport stage of this waste more efficient by using the least amount of vehicles possible and the shortest distance traveled by these vehicles, this dissertation proposes a new classification for the transport problem called Site-Dependent Multi-Depot Vehicle Routing Simultaneous Pickup and Delivery Problem with Intermediate Replenishment Facility and Time Windows, to be a tool to help plan a pick-up and delivery problem. The purpose of this model is to minimize the number of vehicles used and the distance traveled by them in order to meet all the demands of all customers. In this model, multiple garages for departure and arrival of vehicles, service period for each customer, patios for collecting empty buckets and landfills for emptying full buckets collected are considered. This mathematical model was submitted to the IBM CPLEX® 22.1 solver in theoretical instances elaborated with a technology solutions company for waste. A mathematical model was presented that meets the problems of this study, in which several parameters of different transport problems were incorporated, making this problem unique. After tests carried out, the model was considered effective in the search for solutions in a routing problem with multiple parameters.
