Resumo: The main objective of this work was to verify the presence of a list of research companies of the. (CEUNES) regarding the acquisition of companies, as well as the processes of disposal according to the current legislation. A research was of exploratory nature, with a qualitative character, being classified as a single case study: the CEUNES. Data collection was performed in two phases. In the first phase, a documentary research was carried out for all the requirements and a requirements analysis for the reverse logistics of the purchase editions of lamps. to identify what these banks say about the current legislation. In the second phase, a diagnosis was made of the purchase and disposal of lamps at the Center. The study was identified as a key purchase and exit process for CEUNES, a sector market study between the Center and a lamp management entity. It was also verified the existence of requirements of reverse logistics in CEUNES lamp procurement notices through a survey of electronic trading sessions. The results showed that CEUNES does not insert any requirements of reverse logistics in its public procurement notices and does not have a contract with the managing body of lamps and, therefore, there is a need to adjust accordingly. Another need was the specific training of the servers of the CRM / CEUNES Sector so that they can identify and include requirements of reverse logistics adequately in the procurement notices of CEUNES, in order to comply with the PNRS (and the sectoral agreement) in public contracting. This study also revealed the need for CEUNES to carry out the adequate management of waste and the responsibility of the supplier for the proper disposal of waste generated.
