Resumo: This research is part of the context of the infant Countryside Education (EIC) in focus seek understanding the as effective continuing training for educators who work in settlements of Agrarian Reform. Founded in a theoretical framework Bakhtin (BAKHTIN, 2011, 2012, 2014), in articulation with discussions about early childhood education in a childhood’s theoretical (KRAMER, 2006) (NUNES; Corsino, 2011), (CAMPOS, FULLGAF; WIGGERS, 2006), infant Countryside Education (GONÇALVES, 2013), (CÔCO, 2011), (BARBOSA et al, 2012), (SILVA; PASUCH, 2010) and training of educators (FREIRE, 1987, 2003, 2004, 2013) . With an exploratory qualitative approach, including note Interpretation as important factors having seen as actions and human relations arising from social interactions, we list as procedure a semi-structured interview with the city manager and an educator that acts with a hum of infant education settlement, a conversation wheel with realization of the “Moviment this Landless” (MST) with education sector and observation participant in meetings training educators. We show from the analyzed data about the service as children residents field at agrarian reform settlements in the context at Espirito Santo, that this service, in addition to reduced in relation to demand, and offered in rooms attached to the state network, questioning the institutions childhood rural education. Also demonstrated that the formation of educators gives the materiality of life, fighting in several spaces and times in which they operate, and that training spaces arranged hair industry MST with Education are designed as foundations of a formation with attachment and belonging the field. The data also show the need for the Education Sector and guided fight for infant education in the areas of the settlements, recognizing the law as the young child.
