Resumo: | The objective of this work was to evaluate the productive performance and quality of Japanese laying quails eggs as a function of different levels of pirolenous extract (EPL) and different non - nutrient additives. In the first experiment, 405 female Japanese quails were used, distributed in a completely randomized design in 5 treatments (0.0, 0.4; 0), 8, 1.2 and 1.6% of EPL), 9 replicates and 9 birds per experimental unit. In the second experiment, 486 female Japanese quails were distributed in a completely randomized design in 6 treatments (basal ration, basal ration + antibiotic (enramycin 8% - 125 g / ton), basal + probiotic ration (protexin -50g / ton, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Enterococcus faecium), basal + prebiotic diet (Yes golf - 2 kg / ton, composition: 1,3 and 1,6 ß-phosphorylated glucans GAS (galactooligosaccharides), basal diet + 1.2% EPL, basal diet + essential oils (Essentials - 1.5 kg / ton), composition: castor oil, castor oil and vehicle). The characteristics evaluated were feed intake, laying rate, mean egg weight, egg mass, feed conversion per egg mass and per dozen eggs, relative and absolute weight of the yolk, albumen and bark, as well as the Haugh unit. From the obtained results it can be concluded that the level of pirolenhoso extract to 0,833% was enough to improve the performance and egg quality characteristics of Japanese quails. The antibiotic, probiotic, prebiotic and essential oils additives can be replaced with pyroligneous extract at the level of 1.2%. |
