Dissemination of Digital Technologies of Information and Communication (TDIC) as cognitive tools in education has fostered discussion about the pedagogical aspects that support educational projects in virtual environments in the field of Health Education. This study aims to apply DTIC as mediators of teaching practice in the field of stage SUS I services, through the use of a virtual teaching environment (VTE) open that meets the needs of this stage. An evaluation system was developed that enabled analyzing the various aspects of learning in the field, as well as a portfolio of activities was implemented as an educational strategy in AVE and elaborated categories and criteria for its analysis. The target audience were students and preceptors Stage Services SUS I (Fortaleza campus) belonging to the School of Dentistry of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). The data were analyzed using SPSS software version 17.0. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee, with the Opinion No. 542 042. The most used tools in the VLE were portfolio, the forum discussion and the logbook in the opinion of students and the number of hits. Approximately 80% of students and 100% of preceptors stated that the insertion of VLE favored the teaching-learning process. Thus, we can say that the suitable use of, the pedagogical point of view, the DTIC contributes to the improvement of the traineeship, involving intensely students, professors and tutors of stage, aiding communication between the school and the service, so as the possibility of asynchronous interactions, ease of access to TelEduc and handling of the tools were factors that facilitated interactions. The use of VLE contribute positively to the process of teaching and learning of students, and may subsidize teachers, students, scholars and leaders in the discussion about new pedagogical teaching methods in dentistry course. |
