Construction companies, aware of the challenges posed by the highly competitive environment, have sought to improve the performance of their activities and sought to identify the skills of employees as a way to achieve the strategic objectives. Thus, this study aimed to know the competencies of the supervisor, engineer and master builder who have the greatest impact on leadership, productivity and organizational objectives by applying the multicriteria analysis method to a set of competences in construction companies, in the subsector of buildings, in the city of Fortal eza CE. A literature review was carried out on the skills required for employees in different sectors, which resulted in 182 publications. Then , the study was carried out in 4 companies, whose sources of evidence were the application of the decision matr ix and the TOPSIS method for data analysis. As results, the competences that exerted greater influence in the three functions were obtained according to the vision of the professional of Human Resources, the supervisor and the construction engineer . It is concluded that it is essential that professionals in leadership positions dominate the specific knowledge inherent to the function, but that they must develop behavioral competencies according to the requirement of each organization, since these can vary d epending on the importance given to them by the company. |
