Resumo: |
Before hydric crises occurred in Fortaleza-CE, it is observed necessity of alternatives to complement of water supply, providing such a relief in the water captation of hydric bodies. This search had as goal the potential evaluation of reuse of the effluents generated in the ETES of Fortaleza operated by Cagece. To realization, were followed the steps: (a) Data survey of the ETES; (b) Analysis of reuse modalities; (c) Flow estimates of the ETES; (d) Selection of the ETES and urban reuse standards; (e) Reuse Potential; (f) Survey of Potential consumers. In view of criteria adopted in this search, it was chosen urban reuse like way of reuse of the effluents. It was watched that about 40% of the ETES studied use Decant Degester technology, even if this is not suitable to collective sewage treatment, highlighting that the same does not answer not even the standards of releasing of effluents, neither they are suitable to be used to treatment with goal reuse. It was verified that potential of flow of the ETES studied results about 3.039,95 L/s or 262.651,7 m³/day of effluent, highlighting that all effluent is released in hydric bodies, without using of no portion of this volume to reuse. To analysis and selection of the ETEs, were adopted the parameters proposed by USEPA (2004) to use of water in restrict urban irrigation, even there is a legislation about reuse of water in Ceará, 16.033/2016 law, but weren't published parameters reuse. Analyzing effluent of the ETES, it was observed that 3 (three) stations are in the A Class, that is they answer, currently, all parameters taken like reference. The volume produced in the ETES A Class was 1.207 m³/day, all this volume already could be used in restrict urban irrigation, for example: irrigation of parks, highways and etc. In relation to possible consumers, it was observed that effluents could used by EMLURB to green areas irrigation and cleaning public places of Fortaleza put a new scenario in the Ceará about reuse, observed that creation 16.033/2016 apparatus to non-potable pratices of reuse. We can to highlight that and reuse operation like studying about avaluation, implementation way water supply complement. |
