Resumo: |
The imperialist stage reached in the process of capitalistic development leads, this mode of production into a multiplicity of problems. The process of capital .accumulation creates the nepds for its own expansion. On the other hand, its internationalization represents the maintenance and the growth of new rates of exploration. Then, the internationalízation of monopolistic capital brings within itself those contradictions inherent to the capitalistic mode of production (contradiction between capital and labor; contradictíonp among capitalists) • It has to be added the fact that in the underdeveloped economies the leveI of exploratíon ís extremely more extorsive, since it antecipates forms of capital organization wich only contribute to intensify its exploration. In Brazil, the existence of multinational corporations represents the strengthening of economic and social inequalities. On one hand, it makes possible to concentrate resources and power, on the other hand it with draws the influence of small enterprises the draining of resources to the exterior. The capitalization of the fishery industry, in which the presence of international capital is already established shows very well these contradictions, leaving no doubts, concerning the injustice in t_~~ ~elatJons of production in this society. However, these findings even-though rather shocking are inevitable if this kind of society is kept. Theinter nationalization of the growth of the capitalistic accumulation in itswhole. |
