Resumo: |
The purpose of the aforementioned work is to describe and analyze the genesis of the Classic Guitar field at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Ceará - IFCE. With this aim, the study seeks to identify the formative agents of the field, understanding the "Classical Guitar habitus" of these agents and the capitals that are present and generated within the institution. The investigation covers the period from 1993 to 2019. The praxeology of Pierre Bourdieu provides the theoretical and methodological framework that illuminates the questions raised regarding the object of study. Thus, concepts such as habitus, field, and capitals are used to support the present research. The concept of "habitus conservatorial," developed by Pereira (2015), is also discussed to provide further depth in the analysis of formative trajectories in the field of music. It is considered of fundamental importance for the field of Music Education to understand one of the most rooted instruments in Brazilian culture, gaining increasing legitimacy in the academic sphere - the Classical Guitar (Acoustic Guitar). Several possible paths to understanding a field of knowledge are constructed by analyzing the trajectory of its agents, the formative processes, and how the formation of the habitus of these agents impacts the formation of the students. Therefore, this work contributes to this relevant field of knowledge by presenting the dynamics of the Classical Guitar field, its specific capitals, based on an understanding of the formation of the habitus of its agents. To achieve this goal, the study employs semi-structured interviews and the relational analysis of praxeology proposed by Bourdieu (1989). It is also important to note that this work engages in a dialogue with authors in the field, such as Alfonso (2009), Costa (2010), Maia (2007), Souza (2012; 2018), Oliveira (2017), Taborda (2011), Gomes (2014), who are essential for contextualizing the object of study presented here. |
