Resumo: Transdisciplinary teaching, through educational robotics in Basic Education, has been investigated as a strategy that can favor the processes of teaching and learning in schools. In the most recent context of educational robotics, the use of BBC Micro:bits boards has been gaining importance, with enormous potential for implementation in mandatory educational curricula related to programming languages and their derivations. Thus, the current research aims to investigate how educational robotics, using BBC Micro:bits boards and based on problem-based and project-based learning, can enhance the understanding of mathematical concepts for 1st-year high school students. To achieve this, learning objectives, contents, methodological strategies, evaluation methods, and digital resources were listed, encompassing the BBC Micro:bits boards, from the perspective of problem/project-based learning, seeking to build a breadth of knowledge for the comprehensive education of students in the Oil and Gas Course at Maria Ângela da Silveira Borges State School of Professional Education (EEEP). As a result, this research led to the creation of a Digital Educational Handbook, allowing access to the practices developed at the mentioned school and, consequently, inspiring other educational institutions facing similar scenarios to develop their own experiences in the field of educational robotics. The research utilized interactional ethnography to access the cultural repertoire of the investigated group. This repertoire was formed through data collection based on interviews, questionnaires, photographs, document analysis, and discourse analysis. It is essential to emphasize that this research aimed to always contrast the data to consolidate all investigative collection regarding the veracity of the facts. Finally, the investigation's results revealed the use of BBC Micro:bit Piano as a significant case that encompasses the developed mathematical concepts, where the path taken reveals strategies, methodologies, and resources that involve the use of BBC Micro:bit boards as a mediator of mathematics teaching and learning processes.
