Resumo: |
Matrix Support (AM) is considered one of the pillars of the integration of the Mental Health network and suggests proximity between professionals from the Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS) and Primary Health Care (PHC). This study aims to present and understand the practices about Matrix Support in Mental Health pointed out in the literature and to discuss the contributions of the Clinical Case Construction method to Matrix Support. This is a research guided by Psychoanalysis, which starts from a review of current research by practitioners of Matrix Support in the field of mental health to the writings of psychoanalysts involved in mental health institutions. The AM is perceived beyond a tool, as an ethical posture and its happening is only possible through meetings and mismatches between the teams, being a complex practice due to the complexity of dealing with the subject and its character of construction. It became evident that a collective practice not all of the team is both possible and fundamental for the emergence of singularity. It is perceived that a team does not form before a case, it is the construction of that case that makes its existence possible. It is in this sense that the Clinical Case Construction method, as a work proposal in psychoanalysis in the field of Mental Health, can contribute to the elaboration of the PTS and other interventions by the team by breaking with the hierarchy of knowledge and functions between the members and produce their own knowledge. We pointed out that the practice of Clinical Case Construction can be a legitimate tool for Matrix Support, with direct effects on assistance. |
