Resumo: |
The performance of foundations is verified from their executive control. There are several methods to verify the performance of deep foundations that vary according to the type of foundation. For root cuttings, control is generally performed after the executive phase, based on the execution of static load tests, since in the current state of the art, the executive process of this type of stake does not, in a practical way, so far, monitoring during execution. With the purpose of proposing a procedure to control the performance of root-type cuttings, a new procedure was adopted, using an odometer, to measure some variables in the field during the execution of the stake. In this direction the variables measured in the field were correlated with the load capacity of the stake. These studies were initiated by Lima (2014), Moura et al. (2015) and more recently by Monteiro (2016). The present research aims to develop improvements in the equipment and procedures proposed by the aforementioned authors for the executive control of root cuttings, as well as the modification of the proposed formulations, with the introduction of the variable injection pressure as a component of the resistance plot due to lateral friction. The methodology adopted for the development of this research has the following stages: definition of study sites, data collection, development of equipment modification used by Monteiro (2016), monitoring of the 10 stakes executive process using the proposed modifications, inclusion of variable of injection pressure in the equations proposed by Monteiro (2016), validation of the implemented equations. Three scenarios were proposed, in which the lateral friction resistance is responsible for 80%, 90% and 100% of the load capacity of the pile. 0%, respectively. It was verified that of the three scenarios presented the scenario 80/20 was the one that presented the most concordant results. By this research, it was verified that the improvements of the equipment were shown adequate with reduction of measurement errors and an improvement in the operation of the equipment in relation to those used in previous research. |
