Resumo: This work is based on the understanding that the processes of vulnerability of population groups are socially constructed, that is, the importance of the historicity of such processes is understood as a way of confronting the socio-environmental and health inequities imposed on peasant, indigenous, rural and agrarian communities. Afro-descendants, traditional. General objective: To develop processes of shared creation of knowledge that contribute to the community plan of the Lagoas dos Cavalos territory to rescue the strength of their traditions and their way of life based on health and good living. Specific Objectives: 1- To analyze how the environmental negotiation process has taken place since the Conduct Adjustment Agreement signed between the communities affected by the Tabuleiro de Russas Irrigated Perimeter, the National Department of Works Against Droughts and the Public Ministry of Ceará, between the years of 2011 to 2018; 2 – Understand how traditional knowledge can contribute to the struggle for human rights and the rights of nature; 3 – Build a proposal for reparation for the Lagoas dos Cavalos territory based on an Ecuadorian framework as an alternative to broadening the understanding of the context of violations and also of possible reparations. Results: 1 – The complexity of the extrajudicial resolution mechanism proved to be a long process of depoliticizing the environmental conflict through the disqualification of popular participation in decision-making processes. The results announce that this form of treatment has been reduced to negotiation strategies for fundamental human rights; 2 – From the construction of the ethnobotany inventory, it was possible to understand the importance of the need to deepen the epistemological dimension in defense of biocultural rights as a way of strengthening the struggle for environmental justice; 3 – The Ecuadorian theoretical-methodological framework of the Environmental Clinic's Socio-environmental Reparation Project added to the role of the Bem Viver Research Collective in understanding the framework of material and immaterial damage experienced since the expropriations, but of resignifications of life at an individual, family level and community.
