Von Willebrand Disease and hemophilias A and B are the most common coagulopathies, characterized by the quantitative and/or qualitative deficiency of one or more factors in the bloodstream. Hemophilia is an X chromosome coagulopathy with absence or decrease in factor VIII in haemophilia A and factor IX in haemophilia B. The life quality of this group of people is directly related to adhesion to drug treatment. The Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS - Unified Health System) guarantees the user integral assistance by the principles and guidelines of public policies advocated by the Federal Constitution. From this perspective, this study aims to present an analysis of the instrument of nursing consultation to the patient with hereditary coagulopathy in the public blood centre of Ceará state (Hemorrede Pública do Estado do Ceará). It is an applied, non-experimental type of research with a mixed approach. For investigation, we used a case study. In its descriptive phase, we observed the realities interposed in the nursing consultation form. The locus of the study was the public blood centre of Ceará state. The study subjects were professional nurses specializing in haematology and haemotherapy who work at the hereditary coagulopathies outpatient clinic, transfusion outpatient clinics and therapeutic Afresis respectively from Ceará public blood center. A consultation instrument already used in the service was evaluated with the participation of twenty-three nurses. Data collection began in November 2023, entitled “Nursing Consultation - people with hereditary coagulopathies”. The reformulation of this tool considered the participants' speeches and the researcher's structured observation. The result of this study may contribute to improving the quality of assistance to people with hereditary coagulopathies at an outpatient level throughout Ceará State Hemorede (Hemorrede Pública do Estado do Ceará). The conclusion is that the reformulation of this technology used by nursing improves the record of the actions performed to assist patients with hereditary coagulopathies, as well as for the care plan to implement. It is noteworthy that the purposes of this research were achieved. We analysed the instrument of the nursing consultation of the hereditary coagulopathy outpatient used in the blood centre, as proposed by the chief objective. Subsequently, we suggest to validate the nursing consultation instrument in terms of content and appearance. |
