Resumo: |
In Brazil, public dental care has developed through technologic models, focused on caries disease, and priority activities for schoolchildren. The National Oral Health Policy highlights the need to adapt work processes to the model of care, in this case the FHS. For such points as points interdisciplinary and multiprofessional, comprehensive care, intersectionality, expansion and improve care, working conditions and parameters as important for operationalization of the model elements. The concept of work process in health refers to the practice of healthcare professionals involved in the daily production and consumption of health services. A bibliometric survey in order to rank the knowledge gaps to demonstrate the relevance of this study was conducted. In view of changes to base evidence-based practices, this study aimed to analyze the work process of oral health teams in the FHS in Taua - CE. Therefore, it is classified as a descriptive-analytic study with a quantitative approach. Dentists completed a questionnaire with information about profile and organization of the work process. Also used in oral health indicators, obtained from SIAB, for the period July to December 2013. As for the profile, it is realized that most professionals are male, have between 2 and 5 years after graduation and work in the current team since they began work on Taua - CE. Most conducts postgraduate Family / Primary Health Care / Primary Care Health. In general one perceives the process of working very satisfactorily, but some indicators do not match this information, since the agenda prioritizes scheduled clinical care. For indicators, highlighting the supervised brushing, since most teams remained above average for the county. In return bad results regarding the incidence of mucosal changes, such as monitoring the active pursuit of oral lesions strategy highlights the weakness in this action. It is noticed that the hypothesis of a disruption of the work process is a fact, though, with many advances, there is still a process of changing practice to be strengthened, with major support from the management in terms of both training and in investment supplies, physical and regulatory structure. |
