Resumo: This work studies the education of young people and adults and the dialogues made between the curriculum,human training and the work while teaching modality that respects the subjectivities of their students.The EJA audience is composed by young people and adults marked by your survival itineraries,for relations pearmeted by the work.The general objective is:understand the didactic and social-philosophical fundamentals of the young and adult training.Especific Objectives are:Analyze young people and adult ducation,your hystory and evolutivo in brazilian context;Discuss the fundamentals,specifities and the curriculum of education of young people and adults education;Identify and point out the elementos of a critical and liberating human training,from the articulation between work and education in the perspective of the work as a education principle at EJA.The theorical- methodological approach had a qualitative character and the research had a biblioghrapical and documental nature developed in constant dialogue.At the first one,were central categories: The young people and adult education;curriculum and work.For the documental analysis, it focused in the objectives,in the methodology,in the challenges setlled and in the range of the programmatic actions. For this purpose, Decree nº 5,478 (Brazil, 2005) was used; PROJOVEM Report (Brazil, 2008); CNE Opinion n.11/2000 (Brazil, 2000); depending on this route they incorporate the theoretical contribution: Karl Marx, István Mészáros (2008), Paulo Freire (1996, 2013) Miguel (2017), Maria Clara Di Pierro (2018), Sônia Maria Rummert (2006), Sérgio Haddad (2000) and Edward Palmer Thompson (1981) among others Through the reflections woven, education from the liberating perspective and human formation is one of the paths for the desalienation of educatingworker of the EJA, since their practices enable reflection, dialogue, recognition of their knowledge and instigates the desire to be more, to transform, release and alienate.
