This study was as an object of human formation and how it is presented in the works of Marx, Engels and some of his interpreters, through an educational process that engenders produtive and social práxis, which also highlights political contribution. In that sense, as a methodological resource, for this research of a bibliographic cunho, we seek to carry out a discussion mapping based on existing reflections within the Marxian and Marxist theoretical referential, which through produtive practice, ou seja, do trabalho, bem as a political practice and, above all, educational, seek to understand and transform or real. In research, non-dialectical materialism is protected in order to trace elements that confirm this concern to us thinkers and for the time being in their interpreters. Dentre estes, we are relevant to the topic of debate or debate of some names that will update the relevance of the subject, such as; Lênin, Gramsci, Lukács, Mészáros, Barata-Moura, Kosik, Netto & Braz, Lessa, Vázquez, Sousa Junior, Tonet, dentre outros. For a critical and transformative reading of reality, moreover, above all, based on the concern with the process of human formation in its limits and possibilities. As a matter of fact, it is potentially subject to revolutionary revolution in a society on capital or juice.
