This paper aims to investigate the contributions of the Class Teacher Project based in Portugal and implemented in the State of Ceará by the Secretary of Education in 2008. For this, a documentary research was done on the Portuguese laws and decrees that involve the Project since its emergence as Class Director in 1895, Cycle Director in 1936 and finally Class Director in 1968 as well as in Guidance Manuals and Support Material on the PPDT of Ceará. An interview was made with class principals and the management nucleus of four schools of the Regional Coordination of Education - CREDE 01 of the municipality of Pacatuba being one of Regular Time, two full-time and one professionalizing. The results were dialogued with thematic axes such as school, family and discipline. |
