Resumo: The teaching-learning process is built with the environment in which the subject is inserted. This environment can be the school, parks, museums among others. The school space is considered as a formal environment, with its rules and conduct; museums and squares, however, evade didactic practice and have their own form of teaching. In this respect, we highlight museums as a non-formal environment. Many times, museums are little used by some educators, where students go without intentionality, just a school trip, and stop using them as a source of research and knowledge, disadvantaging the consolidation of school information within the museum, providing greater use of the information contained in this environment. The purpose of developing this work is to foster the partnership between school and museum through the creation and application of a Guided Visitation Roadmap (RVO), allied to a didactic routine where teachers use their pedagogical vision and the museum's mediators present a vision scientific. The union of these two spaces of education will be represented, respectively, by the Dr. Jose Maria Correia das Neves State School and the Natural History Museums of the Federal University of Alagoas (MHN-UFAL). With this partnership, teaching and learning will be more favored, because it will expand the culture, valuing the scientific and cultural heritage of the state of Alagoas which will make the contents given in the room more attractive and motivating since students can guide their research and interpret it. following them as requested within the script. The type of research determined in qualitative research helps to trace the social relationships involved in the work group, redrawing meanings with community participation at various stages of the research. For the beginning of the research it was necessary to draw the profile of the students and their guardians with a survey that allowed to create parameters for the good work development. After this phase, it was necessary to know the dynamics of the museum (space and mediators). Thus, the third grade class was invited to assist with an exploratory visit so that from this visitation the experiences of the researcher and students would trace the way for making the RVO. The script was built and implemented for the first and second grades of high school. For analysis, students were subjected to written assessment and material making creating a social experience, resigning concepts while exploring reality and integrating individuals. In this context, the students created and socialized, together with the school and the community, production of newspapers, mascots, comics, sketches, memory wheel with parents and students. Therefore, the use of the guided visitation guide demonstrated the important interaction between these two spaces of education, as it produced a link between academic, cultural and scientific knowledge, favoring a mental link between the school and the universe of information obtained in the museum. A museum installation or room can be visited several times a year, but always with a different focus depending on the script the teacher wants to follow.
