Resumo: This Academic Work of Course Completion of the Professional Master's Degree in Health Education at the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Alagoas is composed of an article, based on the research entitled Relationship between training processes on humanization of health and the practice of workers at a specialized center in rehabilitation, and educational products, built from the reflections arising from the aforementioned research. Based on the perspective of Social Constructionism, the research aimed to get to know the speeches of workers at a Specialized Rehabilitation Center regarding how their practices are related to their training process on humanization of health. To achieve the objectives, a workshop with 15 workers from a health service, located in the city of Maceió, State of Alagoas, was adopted as methodology. The research results point to the polysemy of the concept of humanization of health, work processes that are aligned with the meanings of humanization guided by the National Humanization Policy and others that diverge from it. It is identified that there is a weakness of formal education around the theme and it is noticed that the practice does not go isolated from the training, since the training process in humanization of health is present in the interaction with other subjects and is done in the intervention. In the challenges we identified the management model, the professional valorization, the mechanization of work and the permanent education in health. And, while proposals to overcome these challenges identified the need to foster groups. As educational products, educational media were produced that relate to a series of videos on the humanization of health in rehabilitation care. There is a need to develop Permanent Health Education activities in order to deepen the theme. This work is expected to contribute to health education, especially in the training of health workers and managers, as well as to improve health care in rehabilitation.
