Resumo: The objective of the study was to evaluate the inclusion of different levels of residue type cream cracker biscuit in the diet of quails on performance and economic viability. 420 European quail, distributed in a completely randomized design with five treatments and six replications, created during the period of one to 42 days of age were used. The treatments consisted of five diets with increasing levels of inclusion of bran residue cream cracker biscuit type, with the basal with 0% inclusion and four test diets with 5, 10, 15 and 20%. The variables evaluated were: feed intake (FI), weight gain (WG), feed conversion (FC), carcass yield, prime cuts, edible organs and abdominal fat. Was not observed (P> 0.01) significant effect of different levels of inclusion of bran residue cracker cream cracker on the productive performance of European quails within one to 42 days of age. Carcass yield, cuts and edible offal of quails and abdominal fat were not influenced (P> 0.01) by inclusion levels biscuit residue. According to the results obtained residue biscuit cream crackers can be added to the 20% level in the diet of the quail European period of one to 42 days of age.
