Resumo: The intralotes occupation set of patterns Salvador Lyra are almost in its entirety modified in relation to the implementation of their original types in 1976 it was made several modifications and extensions due to momentary needs and desires of the resident population. Conceived as most housing implanted in endorheic basin of the North Board of the city of Maceio, the patterns of homes delivered to residents occupied an area of 25% of the lot with an space of 50m² built and 150m² of free, allowing yourself then , future expansions. The reduction in free soil comes interfere in the dynamics and the natural characteristics of this basin beyond urban morphology. Because it is a endorheic basin, where rainwater are temporarily accumulated in the lower parts depending on the infiltration and evaporation, so the dynamics of the hydrological cycle, with changes and reduction of open spaces intralotes building this force and other sets in the space, increased soil sealing occurs and thus decrease in natural drainage. Thus, in periods of higher rainfall in the city of Maceió, which takes place during the months of April, May, June and July, so in winter, are now flooding occur it would be a natural feature of this region, but this problem was intensified with anthropogenic changes causing the population various disorders, mainly resident in conjunction Salvador Lyra which is located in the lower altitude area of endorheic basin and more susceptible to flooding. This paper aims, relying on the Post-Occupation and together Salvador Lyra case study assessment to identify and study the settlement patterns and the morphological types of whole households from the contextualization of intralotes open spaces, in addition to building a history of flooding that occurred over the years in this together. To group the morphological types and verify the most recurrent patterns methodology was utilized as the free space in residential lots with up to 30%, 31 to 50% and more than 50%. It was then found that the most recurring pattern are households with up to 30% of open spaces (50.1%), and that this area requires patterns of occupations that allow soil permeability, and that may contribute to the maintenance of the hydrological cycle and recharge the underground aquifer.
