Resumo: | The ecological components as topography, hydrograph and the vegetation that still exist in valleys and hillsides of Maceio city brings to the landscape singularity. Although the occupation form and intensity of the spaces result in the vegetation degradation, particularly in the areas next to the water bodies, in the hillsides and valleys next to the most occupied areas, these vegetation even named legally Permanent Protection Areas (APPs) and Zones of Environment and Landscape Interest (ZIAPs), has been focus of strong pressure face to the expansion of urban occupation. Based on theoretical-methodological approach from Magalhaes (2001), this work analyses the urban landscape of Maceio, from its ecological components, urban occupation as a cultural component and from the group of urban and environment laws. It achieves that the environment and landscape interest are real, although needs to be considered in the concrete reality of the city space. For this, identifies in both, global and local climate, an opportunity to advance in the environmental protection aspect, going beyond the laws to the definition of social-environmental uses to the areas of Permanent Protection. It is proposed of that these APPs along with the ZIAPs already defined by the Municipal Master Plan, may structure a Green Free Vegetated Spaces System, which would receives the denomination of Maceio Green Plan. It is a contribution to the territory occupation plan of the city, in a way to improve the urbanity and quality of its landscape. |
