Resumo: | The present research intends, when addressing the feminicidal violence in Brazil, that has as its main victims the black women, to establish reflections and contributions that point to the necessity of building a criminology committed to intersectionality and the experience of the black women. In this sense, it is sought to define that it is essential to understand violence against women, an analysis that has race, gender and class as categories imbricated in the life of black women and that the racial hierarchies produced by racism should be seen as central factors for Brazilian criminology. The purpose of this study is to understand the construction of the concept of feminicide in Latin America through a critical analysis of the normative construction of human rights, as well as to address the theoretical tensions between critical criminology and feminism. the contributions of black feminism. |
