Resumo: The diversity of botanies resorts meet on the low region of Maranhão results of the formation of varies ecosystems that to have in the littles regions. Therefore has important the characteristic of the vegetables types that disposing feeds resorts for the bees that produce honey. Thus, it was cheese a unlike area with varies cultivates systems and diferent ecosystems for the know about the preference feeds of Melipona fasciculata and Apis mellifera bees. The plants were identified, collects of honey and lands of pollen caries on the paws to the workers bees, during the 2004 year, in São Bento, on the area of low region of Maranhão. On the make of pollen`s lamina, adopted of Acetolise` s method of Erdtman (1952). That were met and indentificated 27 plant`s families, distribuites in 37 genders and 47 pollen types. The types that more contributed to the A. mellifera bees were Cassia sp, Mimosa Caesapinifolia, Mimosa pudica, Borreria capitata, Cocos mucifera, Maximiliana maripa, Stryphnodendron guianensis, Alternanthera brasiliana. And to the M. fasciculata were met pollens of Eichhornia type 2, Tapirira guianensis, Eichhornia sp1, Mimosa pudica, Mimosa caesalpinifolia and Myrcia sp. The pollen analysis permit to ascertain that the african bees prefered to feeds resorts of the recent capoeira`s areas and plants cultives, with 52% the vegetables types were visited. While the Tiúba visited types present in inhabit more establish, as the weting field and capoeiras more old, to get 69% vegetables types. The diversity of the pollen types present on the amounts and the preference vegetables display to each a types of bee studied, occurred to compete by over of resorts.
