Resumo: | This work aims to analyze, reflect and analyze the pedagogical practice, focusing on the processes of teaching and learning and professionalization in initial and continuing training of teachers. Seeks to understand the relationship teaching action with sociocultural interference in daily educational practice, aiming at the interrelationship between theory and practice as well as their understanding and performance on the continuous training, in accordance with the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education - 9394/96 and the current laws in the State of Paraná. The procedure leading research concerning the continuing education of teachers as well as the difficulties that teachers face in school when faced with such specific demands and different needs, is defined from a reflection on the evidence from literature , se that a synthesis of the researches can be made in the area where the problem pies. From this, we infer that the continuing education of teachers in combating violence is a requirement for teachers' work, given the social chances, which requires the formulation of public policies that meet the different demands and to respond to this issue. |
