Resumo: | The objective of this research was to analyze the configuration of the professional performance of teachers of physical education in educational environments of public and private management in Campo Mourão - PR. This research was justified against the seemingly inappropriate scenery, and its relevance is guided in need to analyze the professional work of the teacher the possibility to rethink the process of teacher education and to provide for future physical education teacher, able to overcome the difficulties of their work environment. The research is characterized as qualitative, descriptive and field , with the population of Physical Education teachers working in basic education schools in the public and private network , the municipality of Campo Mourão - PR , managers and students of the respective schools. The sample comprised 09 teachers of Physical Education, Elementary Education, with 03 teachers working simultaneously in public and private schools, 03 teachers who work only in public school and 03 teachers who work only in private school. 01 component of the teaching staff of each institution and a group of 04 students for each teacher had their classes observed. For data collection were used as instruments of record systematized observation and semi structured interview. The interviews were conducted individually for teachers and administrators and students were interviewed in groups of 04 individuals. Data were analyzed using content analysis from the categories of analytical matrix. The following results were obtained : the public and private environments performance of teachers of Physical Education Basic Education Campo Mourão PR , have physical and material structures with some deficiencies , but adequate ; pedagogical advice happens in both environments , and partially in the private and remuneration was considered appropriate by teachers , while indicating dissatisfaction . Involvement practical teaching happens spontaneously despite the requirement, with the exception of public environment, which only expressed spontaneity when planning . The performance was characterized by a great capacity for social relationship, appropriate content domain, group, and compliance of class time , differing in methodology , where the private room there is a consensus in the public and uneven performances . Continuing education has been characterized in both environments as postgraduate coursework and meetings, lectures and in-service training offered by the institution that the teacher is inserted and the state and the main objectives of your search are the elevation of the level of plan career and knowledge acquisition. Thus, in this case, the categories investigated showed no indications of interference in the performance of teachers across the great similarity of the characterization of these categories and setting the performance of teachers of both environments. |
