Resumo: | The Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) use is on the rise and it's characteristics and functionalities are largely explored in industry, health, environment and technological development of cities. However, WSN projects can be complex and require considerable time to prepare. The specifications definition of projects RSSF are not trivial, therefore, require their designers to have extensive knowledge of available technologies, but these technologies are constantly evolving. Year after year arise new platforms, with new features and this creates a challenge for the network project: which platform is adapted to the needs of the project? To help elucidate this problem, the ADRIX (Intelligent Wireless Sensor Networks Development Environment) emerged, a framework that generates network possibilities based on a non-specified scenario and attributes intrisic to RSSF (lifetime, sensors type, communication type, dispersion of knots, etc.), indicating which hardware solution meets the needs of the project. However, a new problem arises. For the network possibilities generated by ADRIX, which one is most suitable for design? To answer this question, propose to integrate ADRIX into a pre-existing simulation tool so that, through simulations, ceflects the operation and behavior of the network solution inferred by the framework. Simulators such as MannaSim, allow simulate the pre-specified network and produce measurable data on devices behavior, as well as the network itself. To evaluate these data and to define which solutions obtained the best results in the simulations, as well as to define which of them is the most appropriate for the project, we apply to multidimensional evaluation considering multiple criteria of treated QoS simultaneously. For this, was proposed the use of the non-parametric tool known as the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Preliminary results have produced information that may be relevant to the classification and choose of platforms, beyond that, as minimizing the time, expenses and complexity of this type of project, providing the necessary tools for the preparation, validation and evaluation of the network, prior to its implementation in a real environment |
