Resumo: | The entrepreneurship has been consolidating itself as an outstanding activity in the current business milieu, for its capability to boost the creation of innovating character businesses. In this scenario, it starts to interest the scientific community that surveys such an activity, considering mainly its economical and/or behavioral aspects. However, the current work aims to approach the entrepreneurship in a distinctive perspective, from the principles of the social phenomenology. This way, we intend to discuss the entrepreneurship from the meaning that the entrepreneurs from the Technology Incubator of Maringa associate to this phenomenon. For that, investigated the reasons "to" and "why" present in the entrepreneurship action motives. Such motives will lead to a construction of an ideal and typical interpretation scheme of entrepreneurship. The relevance of this study consists in approaching the entrepreneurship as a phenomenon that exists because of the society, and it can evidence that its essence transcends the individual limits, because the phenomenological thought is based on the conscience of the existence of the other individual. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with six entrepreneurs of the Technological Incubator of Maringa, and the data were analyzed from the principles of the phenomenological approach of Sanders (1982), that tries to become explicit the structure and the implicit meaning of the human experience. We conclude that the meaning of the entrepreneurship action is not something isolated, and it is connected to several factors related to the course of the entrepreneur's life. So, the action is not static at the incubator, considering that its mentor, the entrepreneur, that conveys a meaning, is a social being who is in a permanent construction process and interacting with the others. |
