Resumo: |
The theme of this study is the city as reference in the creation of three poems that compose “the urban lyric-epic trilogy” of the poet of Brazilian contemporaneity, Adriano Espínola. The study proposes an interpretative itinerary of these poems based on studies consolidated in the modern and contemporary literary tradition. From this lyrical space of subjective expression, based on a concrete spatial reality, the poet creates and recreates images of his cities fixed in the experiences individual and collective. The main objective of this research is to verify how the representations of the cities of Fortaleza and Rio de Janeiro are configured in “the urban lyric-epic trilogy”,establishing relations between the socio-spatial transformations of these cities and the figures that appear in this context. The city is analyzed as much in its physical and as much human aspects, represented by the figures that inhabit this space. In our study, we propose, initially, to retake some contributions from authors who discuss the theme of the city passing through authors belonging to the modern literary tradition until our days.Next we dedicated to the analysis of the poems “Minha gravata colorida”, “Táxi” and “Metrô”, which composes “the urban lyric-epic trilogy”. |
