The high-strain job remained associated with the prevalence of Minor Psychiatric Disorders in the final model, after analysis of multivariate logistic regression, indicating that the psychosocial dimensions of work assume a relevant role in the occurrence of psychological suffering among the workers studied. It was verified the vulnerability of the workers of the Primary Attention to the Health to the psychological suffering, indicating the need to develop actions to promote and protect health, as well as, interventions aimed at this occupational group.
