A saúde dos trabalhadores agentes de saúde: uma revisão integrativa

Resumo: This study aimed to analyze the national and international scientific productions produced on health workers Health Agents (AS), from 2007 to 2017. It is an integrative review of literature, conducted in index databases , covering the period from 2007 to 2017. The integrative review was carried out through six stages, starting with the definition of the theme and guiding question, establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria, identification of selected and pre-selected studies, categorization, interpretation and synthesis of the studies. What is known about the working and health conditions of health workers? What recommendations and interventions are proposed for the protection and promotion of the health of health workers? The searches occurred between October and December 2017, using descriptors: primary health care, occupational health, health personnel, community health workers. After submission to the selection criteria, 26 studies were eligible and extracted the characteristics and categories submitted to the content analysis method. The results are presented in two articles entitled: Article 1: "Working conditions and health of health workers: an integrative review", which found that working conditions are inadequate and, as a result, ASs suffer from problems mental disorders, dermatological alterations, vocal complaints and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Article 2: "Protection and promotion of health in the work of AS: an integrative review" it was observed that the actions of protection and health promotion of AS are in the field of ideas and protection measures need to be directed according to the context of the work. Conclusion: Workers' health actions for AS need to be fostered in collective spaces, intersectorial action, seeking to understand the barriers to implementation and to enable strategies to overcomethem.
