Resumo: This research aims at analyzing a relationship between the risk of wildlife and the responsibility of the Public Power, without Amazonas, since there are a considerable number of aerodromes built in areas where there is significant suppression of vegetation, without, however, Prior handling of the fauna. When an expansion of the municipality began to be defined as an airport protection area scenario, there may be foci of attracting animals such as the presence of birds such as the vulture and terrestrial animals, such as “Bicho-Preguiça” among others, frequent bones invade The runway (aerial and terrestrial) is a process that involves the environment. Another factor that contributes to the occurrence of these collisions is the non-observance of measures applicable to the Public Administration regarding the maintenance of the operational areas so that they preserve the adequate level of protection and safety of the airport activity. In addition, it is added as an example of the consequence of this scenario the necessity of suspension of the activities in certain airports, in view of the real risk of collisions or their repetition. In these cases, it is unlikely that there will be negative impacts on the fauna, in addition to the enormous risk of fatality to the crew and passengers of the aircraft and also the economic damages resulting from this measure. In this context, the guidelines that public air transport service concessionaires need to adopt in order to act in accordance with airport security must be considered effectively, thus reducing the risk of collision between aircraft and wildlife It can be concluded that all work for the implementation of wildlife risk management mechanisms must be carried out in an integrated manner among the competent authorities, as defined by the national legislation. For the accomplishment of this study the scientific research was carried out by means of the method of deductive approach and the data collection was adopted bibliographical and documentary research and the use of structured interviews.
