Resumo: |
Secular institution of private order, the family has undergone significant changes, resulting from the new customs and values of the struggle in defense of human rights - who cherish equality and freedom - the evolution of science and the constant battle for deconstructing myths and prejudices. Despite these changes over time, the marriage still remains an essential element for the construction and maintenance of the family institution, which has been modified with respect to its constitution. Are speeches about these new family structures, especially those that have circulated on the World Wide Web in defense of civil same-sex marriage and against the Statute of the Family, which concern us in this work. Our main goal is to analyze the functioning of memory (metal / discursive) in the process of production and circulation of meanings about the civil same-sex marriage in the digital space, through the operation of hashtags and images-meme. These two discursive mechanisms affiliated speeches to the machine`s memory, producing the effect of transparency / evidence of the senses and of the subject, because, according to previous studies, this memory concerns technical existence (viral) of the speeches, but erases its historical existence. However, one can not deny that, when producing the interpretive gesture, the subject affected by language and history, subscribe to particular discursive formation and off / mute other. There is then a avizinhamento between discursive memory and memory metal in the formulation process / flow of the wording in virtual space. The French Discourse Analysis, as proposed by Pêcheux in France, and by Orlandi and the group of researchers that it bind in Brazil, provided the theoretical framework necessary for carrying out the work. |
