Due to the increasing demand for experiences that allow the contact with nature, Ecotourism and Adventure Tourism have stood out nationally since the 1980s. These activities practiced both in Conservation Units and in private properties, are configured as alternatives to the sustainable development of a locality, region or country. In this way, the present research aims to investigate if Ecotourism and Adventure Tourism offered in the city of Prudentópolis contemplate the spheres of sustainable development. For this the particular properties were selected: Pousada Salto Sete, Recanto Perehouski, Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural Ninho do Corvo, Salto São Sebastião and conservation units in the public domain, Monumento Natural Salto São João and Parque Estadual Serra da Esperança. Through a qualitative research, guided by a case study, the fulfillment of this objective was based on the collection of primary and secondary information based on bibliographic, documentary and field research techniques. The results obtained are the characterization of the studied sites, the development of ecotourism and adventure activities, the sustainability indexes perceived in the field, the interviews with the managers and representatives of the attractions and the visitors, as well as the involvement of the local community in the activities in the attractions.
